"The hotel was perfect but unfortunately there was hidden fees for parking $50 per room and we had two rooms and they charged us $135 per one night just for parking and they didn’t told us up front that we checked in."

"My friend and I had a wonderful stay. We were in town for the Avril Lavigne concert on June 4, 2025. The location was right across from the venue (OLG Stage) about a 30 second walk and there were restaurants/shops within walking distance. The check-in process was smooth and the concierge was pleasant to talk to. He provided us with all the information we needed for pool access in case we wanted to make use of it during our stay. Only downsides were that the showers could use an upgrade...

"Great facility and indoor space, bit tired but super value for the $$, excellent breakfast a big item for a family visiting and parking included, location is great minutes from Clifton hill and short walk to the Gorge to see both Falls. I’d go again to this hotel, it’s a no surprise winner for us."
