"The room was nice and the view is unmatched. We felt like we were 'in' the falls. I don't think I've ever had a better view from a hotel room. Everything at the hotel was lovely. I think the only negative was the long lines at the elevators. The hotel does it's best to manage and keep things moving though. I would stay here again when visiting Niagara."

"The room AC/Heater somewhat noisy. Otherwise our stay was good. Check-in/out was efficient and prompt. Had minor issue getting elevator C going down to open in level L. Had to go up again to another floor then transferred to another elevator in order to get out at level L as we are trying to beat the 11am checkout time. Reported the issue to the desk staff who acknowledged that someone had been tasked to repair the elevator. Thank you for providing one night of pleasant stay in this hotel. I...

"Check in was fast, room was clean and they moved us to a higher floor. Parking is a fair walk to the opposite side of the complex that takes up the entire city block. They also have a new policy (since the last time we stayed at this hotel) of not allowing guests to use the trolleys… you have to use a valet. It was an annoyance.
The hotel is quiet, clean and in a great location. If you stay here, check in, drop your luggage and then park due to the walk."
