"The room was clean and inviting, the promised Fallsview was not disappointing, it was great. The breakfast had fresh products, we all loved the potatoes, fresh and not greasy, as we find in most restaurants. Loved every bit of our stay. The Parking charges were surprisingly high, but hey, it's a tourist town, it's expected."

"When it is called a court yard, that was not a court yard, what it really was it was the back parking lot by the garage bins…. Disappointed, no face cloths in bathroom spiderwebs hanging from outside door so saying these rooms were not use a lot. Inside needs to be updated and the walls let’s just say need to better wipe down at lease once a month or when needed."

"The hotel in general is dated. They charge 25$ per night for parking, with signs posted everywhere they are not responsible for vehicles in parking lot. Parking sucks and your lucky if you get a space if an event in going on. I watched some person attempting to break into all vehicles in parking lot. Front desk was called and nothing was done. They never send security out or anything, we just watched a person attempt to break into everyone’s vehicle. Nightly"

The rooms are not at all what the website shows. The rooms are much smaller with only one small window. They did move us to another room with a “deluxe” falls view which was only minimally better.
