"El personal es súper amable"

"Disappointing and Overpriced Stay The breakfast was exactly the same every day and became boring after two days, especially during a longer stay. There are no in-room breakfast facilities. Reception staff were rude, and the late check-out policy seemed inconsistent—free during my first stay, then £10 per hour later. The location is inconvenient, with no nearby public transport and few shops or restaurants within easy reach. Some rooms have noisy roof or window structures during rain, and I had...

"I would say the room we had was small for a single let alone a double that we had paid for. Not a great night."

Just a couple of things to consider, bar seemed to have run out of a couple of drinks options we ordered. We had traveled from South East London after finishing work. Managed to get to the property around 9:40. Just made it to last food orders for 9:45.May be helpful if the kitchen order time is extended to perhaps 10:00 pm. Otherwise a good stay, have stayed...

Check out very different asked if I’d had a nice stay and had everything been good with the room . Makes such a difference . Hotel room very nice with great touches of bath robe and toiletries . Tea and coffee supplied with water also appreciated . We noticed this year In the corridor it had the aroma of smoke I’m sure it wasn’t as rooms non smoking but every...

"Great city centre hotel, spacious room, and comfortable amenities. Would definitely stay again if visiting Nottingham."
