"Just an overnight stop in Taupo and the reception was very friendly. It was great you could check in any time which reduced stress for us travelling with a toddler. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. An enjoyable stay."

"Stayed with my 9 yr old for 3 nights, loads on fun activities onsite and pool was awesome! Rooms were clean and spacious. All the staff were so friendly and helpful helping us chose things tondo as well. Close to places to eat and supermarkets. Highly recommend if you have young ones. "

"Overall we had an excellent stay and were lucky enough to be in one of the recently renovated rooms. The hotel is in an excellent location but the car park is not under cover or secure and is on a vacant block of land full of pot holes and only a limited number of spaces available for guests"
