"I can’t say enough good things about this motel. From the delicious-smelling lobby to the well-appointed rooms, this is HOW you revitalize a property. Delicious cocktails, comfy bedding, and a pool that would rival a resort, The Trail has it all. My only complaints would be that the “order from your lounge chair” and outdoor bar weren’t in operation while we were there, but that saved us a lot of money in the long run. Ha!"

"A very unique place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. I was able to park on the street in front of the inn most of the time. But one day the parking lot was full and I had to park across the street and thru a stop light. We enjoyed our stay. Carpets need to be replaced or cleaned."

"The hotel was in complete disarray. There had been a water leak months ago the hotel was still under construction. They had black trash bags taped up everywhere. You could smell the mold we both got sick after staying there. The hall to our room had a horrible smell. The air conditioning in our room barely worked, a horrible smell came up through the AC when it did kick on. The front desk staff when asked for help was very standoffish we asked if the had an ice maker he said it might be on the...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Bourbon Manor B&B. Todd, one of the owners, was very friendly and helpful with our trip, and he was willing to accommodate special requests, including helping arrange a birthday cake for my husband. The rooms were charming and had a historic feel, and even though the buildings are old, they were well maintained and comfortable. The property itself was really pretty, and breakfast was delicious. It also had a homey, welcoming atmosphere and was a nice place to meet...

"The price per room was very reasonable. It’s right beside an interstate which is convenient. The rooms need to have some updating on bathroom fixtures. The wall coverings are peeling from the wall. The office is locked."

"Rooms were newly remodeled & spotless! Parking was fine. It is located out by itself. The pool was closed due to remodeling. The Continental breakfast was makeshift & cold items only due to remodeling. The ice machine did not have any ice & TV did not work. We did not ask for assistance as it was late & not crucial to us. Staff was pleasant & helpful. It should be a 5 star experience once everything is compleyed. 7/25/2026"
