"No parking initially on one night and the only staff there was rude and unwilling to help in anyway. Other staff were very nice."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept well. No noise at all on the high floors. I had a service issue and staff were concerned and were addressing the problem. All communications were clear and considerate. I found the area of town close to all the things a traveling couple require. I would return here and recommend it."

"Convenient to the airport. Bed was too soft to the point of uncomfortable. Restaurant was ok."

"The only two things I like about this hotel: a delicious breakfast with many options and comfy mattress. Other than that, it's an outdated hotel that needs a lot of work. Walls and floors in my room were extremely dirty, no bed side tables, no shampoo/condition (just hand soap)."
