"This hotel is special, great staff, nice modern rooms and bathrooms, superb restaurant and bar. We stayed for six nights, was meant to be seven but staff were okay with the shortened stay, helpful in amending the booking and a room refund. Free parking was a bonus. Having an in-house bar and restaurant meant you could easily access great coffee, drinks and excellent classy meals. We come to the Netherlands regularly and would be back here in a heartbeat."

"Zimmer war vorerst nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Auf der Fensterbank noch ein t-shirt von dem vorherigen Gast, Krümel bei dem Teekochertheke. Mitarbeiter sehr kühl und sprechen nur das nötigste. Frühstück war ausreichend aber 24€/Person fand ich etwas übertrieben für das Buffet. Tische wurden nicht ht abgeräumt, so dass man mit essen in der Hand erstmal suchen musste, wo man sich noch hinsetzen kann. Nachts um 1 war noch Partystimmung im Nachbarzimmer. Sehr sehr laut. Hellhörig Wände."

"I greatly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I was there for 7 days. I wanted to be outside of Amsterdam downtown and I was well-served! There was a tram almost in front of the hotel, which was convenient in both directions. It is a 10-minute walk to the metro. The breakfast was fantastic! And even more so at the top of the hotel. Beautiful views over Amsterdam. The staff was also extremely helpful and attentive."

"10 out of 10! We spent 6 weeks in Europe for our honeymoon, 2 weeks in Amsterdam and then off we went. We stayed our last night in Amsterdam at the end and we regretted not staying here first. Such a great hotel, super quirky and very friendly staff. Caffe is downstairs and it was perfect just to wake up and sit outside with your coffee. "Overall the hotel was excellent. The only issue we had was there is no bar/restaurant open for dinner on Sunday’s and Monday’s. They did provide a shuttle bus to take us to another of their hotels, only 10 minutes away. That was great!! I would definitely stay again."

"We did have a slight issue with locating baggage when we returned later in the evening since our room wasn’t ready. Not everyone seemed aware that they ended up storing some bags upstairs. Other than that the room was great and property was well maintained. The bus option was great for our needs!"

"The building is older and the room was smaller, but it was in a very central location. I took public transportation once to go a bit out of the city. I walked everywhere else. The staff was great."

"Location is excellent, walking distance from all the main attractions and neighborhoods. We received a room facing the back so it was very quiet even though we were on the first floor. AC works great which was very important to us given the summer heat. Only thing to note is that rooms are very small."

"we spent 4 nights at this hotel at the end of our trip in the Netherlands. The spa and wellness center was LOVELY. The sauna's and steam rooms were great and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. Just a heads up the pool is in the wellness center, so although kids are allowed it's not really a "jump and splash" kind of pool. "The bed sheet had a stain on it and the facilities appeared to only be wiped down. They may clean it weekly but I was only there for a weekend and only notice daily wipe downs. Other than that towels were brought daily and the facilities appeared to be clean. Overall, it was a good experience since it’s near a lively neighborhood and a couple museums but it was a bit far out from the city center. Great for a short stay but I don’t think I’d stay there for a week"

"Nice hotel close to the airport and the city! The staff are quite nice and the breakfast is amazing! The restaurant was not very good for dinner - low quality food and overpriced, but not terrible. The pool is quite small and in a hot and humid basement, and there is an extra cost to use the sauna. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped."

"Our room and bathroom were very clean and the twin beds very comfortable. It was very hot when we visited so we were grateful for the blackout curtains and large fan!
