The room was clean, the ac was not the best but they had a gift shop and food shop in the lobby which is very convenient. The airport shuttle was very helpful but did not run on the schedule provided. I would stay again if I find myself back in Amsterdam.

We had a two weeks vacation and we're tired of driving we returned the car early and stayed at Ibis. The airport shuttle was convenient (could be very crowded in the morning). The closeness of the bus station (across the street) made it easy for us to spend the day in n Amsterdam before our flight the next day.

Our 2 night stay included breakfasts and the hotel has 3 restaurants and a bar. There is also an area to buy drinks and snacks for your room, and a gift shop. Check in through Expedia was simple and straightforward. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient although very crowded. But it was easier to get to the airport and then use the train to get to Amsterdam Central and see the sights of the city. Return to the hotel was just as easy, just the reverse. If I ever travel to Amsterdam again, this hotel will be high on my consideration of where to stay.

Food options were somewhat limited with no option to pay by cash. TV remote control was not working adequately. Staff were not able to explain how to control the room temperature. Shuttle was good and staff were helpful with transport options to other locations. Overall, our stay was adequate.

The room was ok and it was clean. The beds were really sunken inn. Breakfast was not worth 18-19 euro pr person. It was nice with the shuttlebus to and from Schipol. Super high prices in the kiosk aswell. But overall an ok stay.
