" hotel are in a bit urban area from amsterdam centraal station and a bit far from metro station around700meters.but hotel are freaking beautiful and many facilities that you can use."

"This place was great only cons were they place didn’t have a stovetop and no mirrors aside from the small one in the bathroom."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coming from the states i wish the a/c went lower but other than that great place"

"El hotel está muy céntrico, a dos cuadras de la estación central de tren así que es muy fácil trasladarse , los colchones muy agusto , el baño súper limpio y la vista que nos tocó excelente , lo único malo es q solo había 2 canales en la tele"

"ห้องพักสะอาด โลเคชั่นดีเยี่ยม พนักงานบริการและต้อนรับดีมาก"

"Buena ubicación, algo caro pero vale la pena"

"Clean room, helpful staff— my only complaint is how hot the room was and a broken shower that only sprayed out extremely hot or cold water. Not the staffs fault tho because I didn’t say anything. Other than that it’s a great distance from the city and in an amazing location."

"The place was absolutely gorgeous and not too far from the train station. We loved staying at this place are only complaint was the AC not working. It was so hot in the room. The staff were really friendly and helped us find a good place to eat at. The cottage had delicious food."

"Loved everything about the hotel. Friendly and nice staff."

"The hotel is a two stop tram ride from central station. It was nice to have a nice hotel just outside the hustle and bustle. The hotel did not have air conditioning which created a few warm nights sleep. Dyson fans were provided but the one duvet did not leave opportunity to remove some blankets. You either slept with the blanket on or completely off. Also water refill stations on each floor would have been helpful. Having to go down to check in each time you wanted to fill your bottle...

"Small cramped dark room. Staff Not knowledgeable. No common space. Felt very cramped and overpriced"

"The hotel is in a great location and was definitely clean, stylish and lived up to the appearance you would expect from a five-star property. The beds were also incredibly comfortable and cosy, which made for a very good night’s sleep. However, I felt the service could have been much warmer and more welcoming. On arrival, I had to carry and drag a heavy suitcase up a set of stairs myself before reaching the elevator. For this type of hotel, I would have expected a member of staff to offer...

"Excellent hotel, spotless cleanliness, and very friendly, professional staff. Great location; the breakfast was very good, and the service was top-notch."

"Die Lage ist perfekt und ich fühle mich sehr wohl in dieser Gegend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Beautiful hotel with a lovely garden. Its a big hotel, but feels small and cozy. Very unique. Be prepared for a lot of Americans."
