Room is very modern and beds made daily with daily towels. Staff w friend and there is an option to pay for breakfast daily. Room has no refrigerator however. No a/c - a European standard. If you need a place to work out and swim in Munich, and cannot afford the Forte Hotel at 800-1000 a night, then this is the place for you. "This is my first time in holiday Inn Munich unterhaching, the hotel have a lovely room, I got a duplex room with three person in my family, the room is very nice but the location of the hotel is a bit far from the train station to go to the city & I have to wait about 20 minutes to get the train in each round but it comfortable if you drive a car."

"Business-Zimmer: Fast alles drin, was man braucht. Leider kein kleiner Kühlschrank. Die gibt's nur in den Studios. Mein Schreibtisch war Richtung Fenster ausgerichtet. Damit es nicht blendet, musste ich das Rollo runter und das Licht an machen. Außerdem ist das Zimmer nicht im gleichen Komplex, wie Gym, Spa und Pool und man muss daher mit dem Aufzug auf -1 und dann wechseln. An und für sich jedoch unproblematisch."

"Personal war unfreundlich und einfach genervt. Zimmer wurde in 5 Tagen nicht einmal sauber gemacht und Handtücher wurden auch nicht gewechselt für 2 Personen 2x kleine 2x große Handtücher. Dazu kommt noch das die Betten so unbequem waren das wir am nächsten Tag am ganzen Körper schmerzen hatten. Die Klima ist angegangen aber hat nichts gebracht auch nicht auf der Höchsten Stufe. War das erste und auch das letzte mal für mich."

"Wir haben uns mit unserem Hund dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel. Vor allem das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für die Zimmertemperatur. Wir haben dort bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur übernachtet und es war schrecklich warm in dem Zimmer, da die Zimmer leider nicht klimatisiert sind."

After about half an hour a person came to our room and tried to fix it , and told us that he doesn't know what is the problem with the safe. The following day two people came in our room and the safe wasn't finally fixed. We had a dinner invitation in Munich Central the first night , but we didn't want to...

"What a delightful and authentic German hotel in a quiet village. The staff were incredible and the buffet breakfast was also very good. The restaurant across the street is excellent and there’s the enormous Neues Schloss Schleißheim palace just meters from the front to the hotel. Hard to fault this accommodation. We will return when we come back next year. Highly recommended."

"We were surprised by this hotel, we really liked it, we had a little trouble checking in but it all worked out with patience, theres hardly any staff around. Whuch we didnt mind as we were out everyday day. We did enjoy staying there as it was clean, comfortable, and would stay again."
