"I stayed at Best Western Hotel from 31 December 2025 to 5 January 2026. The full amount for the stay was paid during check-in and split 50/50 between myself and my friend. However, on 22 January, I noticed an unauthorized charge of AED 3,033.71 made by the hotel to my card. I immediately contacted the reception.
