"This was a good stop over for the night while traveling through. We had a room with one queen bed. The room was very clean but tiny. The mattress was in need of replacing. Their idea of breakfast was granola bars and pop tarts. No thank you! There was no coffee in the room and the coffee in the lobby is not available until 7am. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant and there was an adorable little dog that always came out to greet us when we entered the lobby. For the price, we would...

"The breakfast was 3 out of 10 because they had a bad imitation of egg and meat sandwich, I am not sure exactly what it was made out off. The freezer in the fridge was so iced over you could not put anything in it. The day I checked in I had an extra 50-dollar charge on my account that they said was for if I damaged something. I have never had a damage deposit and I have stayed in many places in my career and that was a new one for me. When I inquired what the charge was for they told me and said...

"Unique and rustic theme. Everything was great. Fantastic views and surroundings."

"Reception was so friendly and the yurt was clean and cozy"

"There wasn’t any juice at breakfast that would have been nice to have"

"This is a clean, comfortable, well located motel in Montrose. I will stay here again any time I am passing through. I stayed here while on a multi-day motorcycle trip. This place was just what I needed. Very close to Safeway and several restaurants."

"Great place in a great staff"

"Room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location for walking around downtown Montrose (which is very cute). We were initially placed in a queen room when we reserved a king; fortunately we were able to switch into a king. Coffee bar downstairs was convenient and made good drinks. There is no elevator and the stairs are very steep. It’s only one flight which wasn’t a problem for us but could be for others. Bedside wall lights are awkwardly placed so they need to be moved to...

"We selected this property because we have stayed at Fairfield in Moab, Utah several times and we really enjoyed the staff, the atmosphere was friendly as well. But, this place in Monticello was the oposite. Sorry!"

"It's was quiet and very close to the airport. The daily breakfast was nice, not a lot of choice but it was okay"

"Nice room, easy access."

"My family and I had an amazing stay at Honey Rock Landing! This place is truly one of a kind. Staying in a cave and being able to look up at the stars made the entire experience feel incredibly unique and memorable. The farm-to-table cuisine was fantastic and made the stay even more special. We also loved having access to the boathouse and spending time paddle boarding on the pond. The natural-built swimming pool was another highlight—such a cool experience! Honey Rock Landing is so much more...

"Rundown, old building with overpriced rates. No upkeep done with the high prices they charge. No auto open button at front door for wheelchair users. Just very poorly maintained."
