"I only stayed one night but the room was clean the staff was kind."

"The room and hallways/landing were outdated, dirty and in desperate need of renovation. Mattress was poor - worthy of a skip. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Supposedly this was a DELUXE double!!! If it wasn’t for the fact we were due at a party in Dorking that evening and didn’t arrive to the hotel until 6.30pm, we would have insisted on either another room or ideally our money back and moved to another hotel."

"Nice hotel, but two problems: Signage is useless in the dark. I drove past the entrance twice before asking locals for help finding the entrance. The room was too hot. The windows only had a small section to open, so no breeze could be captured to cool the room - this was not in any heatwave and outside temperature was a pleasant 68 degrees. It's the window design that's the issue and they need replacing with properly opening ones."

"We stayed at Woodlands Park Hotel while visiting Chessington World of Adventures and had such a lovely stay. The hotel is in a beautiful area and feels peaceful and relaxing, while still being really convenient for Chessington. We stayed in the Queen’s Chambers, which was a gorgeous room — spacious, comfortable and full of character. It made the stay feel that little bit more special. "I have stayed several times, but my latest stay was my most disappointing. The free WiFi has been updated and now requires access via a staging page which meant my works laptop couldn't access it, also WiFi bandwidth was significantly worse than previous stays. Also the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The mattress was falling apart and needed replacing. I get the fact that it is a budget room, but I will have to seriously consider if I use it again."

"Stayed here for one night while on route to Gatwick airport. The place was clean, tidy and comfortable. It is easily accessible by public bus but the hotel does offer pick up and drop off service for an additional cost. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and there is a beautiful restaurant next to reception where you can grab a tasty Indian! Would recommend staying here and will come again the next time I fly out from Gatwick 😊"

"Love the Langshott Manor. The perfect place to stay for a layover at Gatwick. A charming 16th century inn located on scenic grounds. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The restaurant was wonderful for both breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend."
