"The hotel and room are in pretty roughshape, and the towels all had some staining on them, and there was a smallstain on the bedsheets. The property itself was okay, although the parking lot had cones in it for travelers to avoid hazards. There were a lot of chemicals used to clean the room (perhaps because they allow pets?), and I ended up with a migraine. Also, there were no quiet hours- guests were screaming, making weird noises, and slamming doors until at least 1 am. The staff was polite...

"Stay was overall fine. Property is conveniently located, rooms and common areas are okay. Breakfast was nice in the morning. Bartender was so rude. She should look for another job if she is that miserable."

"The staff was amazing! Unfortunately, the room was awful. The beds were hard, the bottom of the shower was poorly fixed after it cracked and the toilet leaked to the point water completely leaked over the entire bathroom floor. They fixed the leak quickly, but the beds were terrible!"

"Elevator advertised however staff refused to operate elevator for me even though they knew I am handicapped. I asked for a room on a lower floor and they refused. Staff did not inform me of UPS package pickup so they could keep items after I checked out. Infested with Bed Bugs. Someone from the staff followed me around town on my errands.
