"Unfortunately the stay was not without issue. There was a fault with the water and we had no hot water. That said the hotel accepted the issue and promptly with Expedia adjusted the price to reflect the shortcomings. The manner the complaint was handled reflected good management in accepting the issue in the only way possible as we were leaving. The hotel was great in all other respects. "Ola Santiago was a terrific Choice for us when we were in Santiago for three days. The location is in a nice neighborhood. We felt safe as Americans the entire time. We felt it was very easy to get around. Ubers were about five dollars anywhere you wanted to go in Santiago. After staying in other hotels on our vacation, Ola Santiago proved to have a terrific breakfast. The room we chose was a bit small, but that was our pick. "Very short ride from the airport. Driver was on time for pick up. Staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. I didn’t get to enjoy the amenities as I was there for a short time.
