"Waterfront property with great restaurant attached to it"

"Not the cleanest bathrooms. Sink was very slow to drain, tub/shower very old. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was not good. Very crowded and only 1 staff member to keep up with the continuously empty supply of breakfast food. Would not return."

"Great location. Friendly staff Comfortable accommodations"

"This Inn was in a great location and was lovely. Our room was clean. Breakfasts were delicious! I would stay there again without question."

"Area was convenient"

"The property is rustic, but reminiscent of the old resort style. The amenities are few compared to, say amenities found at the Hilton Garden Inn in Portland, Maine. The location on the ocean is superb with wonderful views and Customer Service was excellent."

"This is a beautiful property. Room was very clean. The view of the bay from the balcony was breathtaking. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding with made to order eggs and pumpkin pancakes or French toast. We will definitely return to this location."

"The place was very nice. Easy to get too. Beautiful garden in back. They had a refrigerator with a clear basket for you to use while you stayed with them, nice idea."

"We loved the location, the newly renovated room, and especially the shared kitchen! Jersey connected us with a local lobster fisherman and were able to pick up three fresh caught, live cooked lobsters (they were still warm at pick up) to take back and enjoy with a view - Delicious and affordable! It was definitely a perk to be able to use the kitchen to prepare side dishes, etc. The other upside to shared spaces is getting to know other guests, two of which we discovered had a close family...

"good location"

"Breakfast was great- the rooms where clean and there were a lot of details taken care of."

"Decent stay overall but the fact that check in is from 4-7 but they close the office at 5 is very inconvenient"

"The inn is in an old historic building, with lots of original character. Fantastic to have parking. Great location, short walk to town. We stayed in the Victory room on the first floor. Very spacious, clean and nice bedding on comfy bed. Shower was nice and hot and good water pressure. Things to know: We had a window AC but no thermostat to control heat (fortunately we had ideal weather). We were next to a restaurant in the building so had to keep curtains closed as people were walking...
