"The housekeeping is awful. My room smelled of mild dew. My bed was not clean. I slept on top of their covers & brought my own. As I’m checking out looking for my things I turn the covers back & there were stains on the other side of the bed. I broke out in a rash."

"When we arrived check in was fast, but when we went to our room on the 3rd floor the air handler on the roofer was so loud it sounded like it was right in the room. After returning from dinner we asked the front desk to move us to the 2nd floor if possible and the two young ladies were so accommodating and nice. Room was clean, bed was comfy and pillows were soft. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hinesville."

"I have stayed here in the past and that experience was wonderful. During this stay, the room that was paid for in advance was canceled by the Manager on duty after showing her confirmation and after speaking with someone from third party. She wanted me to pay cash for the room and told me to wait for the 3rd party to refund me the money back. She was very unprofessional and rude."

"The stay was ok...it was one night. They did let me check in 2 hours early with no charge. The air worked great,there was no shampoo and only 1 bar of soap. There was no ice bucket or cups. There was no hair in the tub! It an ok stay for a couple nights."
