The check in process was wonderful. We received warm greetings from the front desk staff and it was helpful that she was proficient with speaking English. The thermal pools and the breakfast buffet were the best parts of our stay. I highly recommend staying here and we will be back again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at “Bania” hotel. It was a short 3 day 2 night stay, in-between longer stays in Zakopane and Szczawnica. We definitely have planes to comeback, and next time it’s going to be most likely in the winter season.

We visited Hotel Bania on a recommendation from a friend and it was utterly sensational. The hotel is comfortable, with a natural flow and guest journey. There are shared small kitchens on each floor which are so convenient for preparing a snack; it’s a microwave and sink but really useful to have available! The beds are comfortable, however we found the pillows to be quite soft. The hotel is quiet with great sleep quality. The water pressure is excellent and a nice shower space. WiFi is excellent with fast streaming available. There is currently construction taking place on the new wing at the front of the hotel; but asides from cranes viewable from the pools, it’s a necessary evil for their continued growth and expansion. Therma Bania is amazing. Swim up bars; various spaces and utterly gorgeous. It is really hard to get a lounger at weekends and I don’t know how they can manage it, but it’s quite a stressful experience when you just want to find somewhere to leave your stuff so you can get in the pool. The restaurant food was quality and tasty, however it would be good to see more options for vegans and vegetarians as this was very limited. The photos don’t do this hotel justice; I nearly booked another hotel in Zakopane as I thought the rooms look dated, they’re not, it’s just bad promotional material! We will certainly be returning and have already recommended to a number of friends.

Świetny kompleks wypoczynkowy

Pobyt absolutnie wyjątkowy i udany. Wrażenie popsuła jedynie obsługa spa sielsko anielsko - pani na recepcji bardzo niemiła i nieprzyjazna. Uwaga w basenie z barem w sobotę wieczorem mnóstwo ludzi pod dużym wpływem alkoholu, omijać to miejsce z dziećmi. Będę wracać!

Hotel plus, baseny minus, obsługa minus

Brak ciepłej wody w pokoju pierwszej nocy. Po kilku telefonach na recepcję udało się uzyskać zamianę pokoju. Dziwna sytuacja, bo obsługa wiedziała o awarii i mimo to nie informowała od razu gości o możliwości zamiany pokoju. Dodatkowy minus to, fakt że trzeba było czekać dzień na to aż hotel potwierdził, że moja płatność przez hotels.com została wykonana. Uważam, że hotel powinien uprzedzać, że z saunarium można korzystać tylko na golasa. Generalnie żenująca sytuacja, bo wieczorem było tam stado Panów z obsługi, którzy obserwowali gości. Ogólnie część hotelowa jest na dobrym poziomie. Natomiast na części basenowej widać już ząb czasu. Jeszcze z minusów chciałbym dodać monotonne śniadania.

Mam tylko pozytywne wrażenia z wizyty w Hotelu. Wystrój wewnątrz i w pokojach jest świetny, doskonałe połączenie lokalnych akcentów i nowoczesności. Termy są bardzo przyjemne chociaż nie za duże i generalnie było bardzo dużo osób. Bardziej kameralna była strefa saun. Jedliśmy w restauracji Góralskiej i jedzenie było wyśmienite (i odpowiednio wycenione). Podobnie smaczne było śniadanie. Byliśmy tylko na jedną noc, ale chętnie kiedyś wrócimy na pobyt jako odpoczynek po łażeniu po górach. Polecam!
