"The elevators make distressing noises going up and down, the first morning we had no electricity followed by the fire alarm going off, after evacuating for hours we had zero contact from the hotel and they didn't answer the phone. After this experience they didn't offer any sort of compensation or even an apology or explanation. Truly bad customer service. "

"Very comfortable beds, blackout screen for sleeping is great. Housekeeping has to improve in both rooms and hallways. Dirty glasses and towels were left in the room and no vacuuming or dusting was done. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful "

"-Lovely and affordable place. It felt more like a condo unit than a hotel with how cozy and spacious it is. For reference, we got the room with 2 queen beds. -There is a bus stop right in front of it so it's very convenient if you wanna take public transpo. A train station is also around 10 mins walk from the hotel. -Staff is also very helpful and accommodating. -best of all: free laundry and coffee"

"Fausse représentation: Pris la peine de vérifier la capacités de stationnement avant de réserver ce qui s'est avéré non fondé rendu sur place. Impossible de stationnement même au deuxième endroit proposé. Aucun accommodement, aucune compensation ce qui a rendu mon voyage très insécurisant. Il a fallu marché pour être capable de s'accomoder. Fenêtre de chambre très sale ainsi que l'arrière du réfrigérateur et lumières de salles de bain. De plus, la porte de garde-robe m'es tombé dessus...

"I was here for an extended stay for some work in the area. It’s pretty beat up and marginally clean. I was out most of the day and entertaining clients all evening, so I didn’t notice too much. I would suggest another location for your visit"
