"was bite up bad by bed bugs those sheets were not properly washed I got bitten up bad our rooms was just thrown together we booked reservations and still had a long check in process"

I asked for two extra towels but all they had were the small wash cloths. We didn’t take off our cloths. Didn’t shower. Left very early in the morning to get another hotel for comfort."

"Check-in was not smooth. Seems the "itinerary number" and confirmation number are two different things. Expedia uses one form and the hotel uses another. Once that was clarified things went well. Our rooms were great. They even accommodated us by switching one of the rooms to an accessible king suite. Breakfast was hot and delicious. We didn't use the pool or gym, but looked at them and wished we had the time to do so."

"They tried to not honor the Expedia price. Room was booked at 95 plus tax to equal 107. They tried to charge me 250 with a room rate of 180. After talking to the front desk rep, he said he would honor the 95 but still charged 99. They have a 50 deposit also that we had no idea about."
