"This hotel is in one of the nicest location and this wasn't the first time we use it. It is a bit aged since our last stay, but the amenities are still good and clean. Staff also are very helpful and accommodating. The only thing I did not like was a room service charge for cleaning, if what you pay for a room doesn't include bed making and a clean up, what is it for then? Mind you we only asked for toilet rolls top up not a clean up."
