"front desk was helpful. Our room did not have a shower curtain but she was able to provide a clean curtain."

"The staff was great!"

"Everything was clean and just as described in the listing we had a great time and it was absolutely beautiful "

"Had to move rooms due to a toilet leak, tv issue and lights not working. Moved to new room and the sheets were gross. The staff was great at working with us though. The property itself was in a great location and the lobby was gorgeous."

"Everything was great, except the shower was old and looked like it wasn’t fully cleaned."

"Room had large patches in walls in room and bedroom. Curtains were falling off rod and wouldn’t close."

"Parking was excellent Room was clean Air-conditioning worked fine Convenient location Far enough off the road that you didn’t hear any road noise"

"Staff was very friendly and efficient."

"The hotel is very old. Rust around the bathroom door frame. There are holes in the shower where previous shower curtain rods were. There were 2 lights not working. The Direct TV kept freezing. But the worst were the mice that came out from behind the dresser at about 10:30 pm. I brought up the issues at check out and they are aware there is a mouse problem! No offer to discount my stay or even completely refund. The place needs torn down. It’s only redeemable quality is that it seemed the...

"Room not available at check-in - waited 45-60 minutes. Fan in Bathroom on constant, noisy and did not do its job Carpet stained. Large fan in hallway outside door going constantly and noisy Multiple outlets worked very hard"

"Nice."

"The staff was rude, I booked a night for my son who was there for a job interview. Because I booked the room, they wanted him to produce verification for me since the card was in my name. My son had no phone so asked the clerk if he could use their phone to call me and I could verify and the clerk refused. He then asked the clerk if he could call and he refused. He turned my son away and he had to try to find another place to stay. THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE MONEY THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR THE...

"Amazing!!"

"Both rooms had dirty/stained bedding. Front desk had bedding changed in one after we complained and had the other room changed to a different room, which also had stains on the bedding. Beds were comfortable surprisingly but the rooms were not clean. We tried to get a refund and go to a different hotel but they refused."

"Clean room. Helpful staff. I did not eat breakfast or use the kitchen. My dog enjoyed the stay as well."
