"We enjoyed our stay although our room had box elder bugs in our window screen which found their way into our room. The bathroom Vanity"

"Cadillac Jacks is a top tier casino resort for anywhere!"

"2nd time staying here, will stay here again."

"Unfortunately photos are deceiving. The place is not clean at all and smelled. The shower was dirty and there holes in the wall as well as water damage all over the ceiling. The only thing clean was the bed."

"Great room!! Very clean & good location for the festivities in Deadwood!😊"

"No cellular and spotty wifi"

"Clean room, comfortable bed, and close to places we wanted to be. Parking was not too far away. 20 min unloading spot was very helpful. Breakfast is rare amenity in Deadwood, though it doesn't provide much protein. Overall we will likely return and stay again."

"Very nice for historical stay and awesome staff and amenities."

"We had to move hotels, guest services were able to find us a room to check in early. Enjoyed our stay"

"Teenage daughter said the place was boujee. I appreciated the free valet parking after spending 8 hours behind the wheel. Room was clean. Walked through the casino which also looked clean and nice if you’re into that. We ate at the Wagers restaurant the first night. Noisy sports bar atmosphere but the food was good. We didn’t use the pool or even look at it. The free breakfast was nothing amazing, but did have enough options to get your day started."

"Filthy dirty carpet in rooms. Not very clean rooms."

"Staff were very helpful with everything!"

"Newly remodeled rooms, now very nice and up to date. Beautiful hotel and casino. Very nice downstairs restaurant (not included)."
