"Id never use this hotel again. Staff are all great. Days 1..got stuck in the lift with wheelchair. Got asked if I was okay! I paid no. And was left to it another guest gave me"

"Spacious rooms, food at Skybar lounge can be improved"

"Wonderful place to stay and relax"

"WOW!!!! 10/10! Absolutely AMAZING!!! We booked a villa for our family of 5 and it was enough room to spread out so we could all have space. It was clean, and no detail was missed. The staff caters to their clients and communicaton was quick. I wish we would have had more time, as we were ony here 3 nights. The villa is in Orilinki, which is about 20 mins from the BEST beaches in Ayai Napa. You have to drive from the residence to get to groceries, restaurants, etc. However, it was all worth it!!!...

"Perfect central location, very friendly staff, generous breakfast and excellent service"

"Convenient location to airport and beautiful beach. Good breakfast."

"If you like to stay in the city and walk to various locations this hotelworks out very nicely. There is parking but its offsite but very reasonable."

"Again a great stay been about 7 times now staff are great. Slight issue the terrible loud singing from the restaurant a few doors down but you get used to it"

"Schönes und modernes Hotel, gute Lage ubd saubere Zimmer"

"All staff very professional very helpful very friendly. Amenities very good. Breakfast very good."

"The suites were a last minute flight cancellation solution but very welcome as it was very close to the airport and very clean and comfortable. The stay was more of a spacious apartment than a hotel. Surprisingly upscale residence with contactless entry and communicative management. I would say that you should make your taxi arrangements prior as you won’t catch one in the neighborhood."

"Je n'ai pas reçu de message de Expedia comme quoi il n'y a pas de réception à partir de 16h j'arrive à 9h30 et personne ! J'ai du appeler 2 fois l'hôtel pour qu'ils me repondent et m'expliquer que la carte de ma chambre est dans la boîte à clé dehors!!! La faute incombe surtout sur Expedia en plus ce n'est pas normal de ne pas avoir de réception après 16h!"

"This is not just an angry visitor complaining as there unfortunately was a lot of issues. Not clean: Spots on the floor, glasses poorly washed and found hair in the room. Room: Was generally of poor quality, like you could see how the floor was breaking apart. General notes: No English tv channels only some Greek and Russian. There was a lot of construction outside, had to sleep with earplugs. The hotel shouldn’t put anyone on the first floor, when the noise from outside is so high. Breakfast:...
