"Great staff, especially Miss Madeleine. Excellent staff. About the room, I honestly had a bad experience because they didn't change my sheets. The worst thing was that I had been sick and I had to get on an IV and I bled a little in the sheets. And with those same stained sheets, they made my bed the next day. Overall, The front desk staff are excellent."

"Not a bad place, but for the price, It could be better - comparing after a full month in Peru.
1st when I got to my room - hot water didn't work in the shower. I went to the staff and she insisted that that's how showers work and that was fine. I said... no. In no other place in Peru in any hostel, hostal or hotels, showers were so bad. She offered my to change my room the next day and... showers were fine. I don't understand why insist with the customer on something like that.

Nuestro cuarto estava en el 4to piso, sin elevador. Paredes sucias. No hay comedor. El desayuno es servido en l habitación "
