"Room/cottage is very nice, but walls are thin and if you have noisy youth in the next door cottage don't be surprised if you are kept awake until 3AM... Also probably the hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep on.
Basics like coffee are not provided, but are available for pay in the resort shop on the rare occasions it is open. (There is a kiosk just outside the resort gate which is a better bet.)
Positives - good food and service in the restaurants and coffee shop, and the spa centre offers...

"デスクのお嬢さんは英語OK。 アーリー・チェックインもすぐに対応。 また急なリクエストにも笑顔で応えてくれて非常に助かった。 室内の机は少々小さいが、小型のPCならば難なく作業出来る。 ツインのベッドは日本人には良いが、体格の大きい人には狭く感じるのでは。 室内の雰囲気は少々クラシカルな感じがするが、それもまた良し。 朝食バイキングのヨーグルトに、地元産の練乳をかけると病みつきになる。"
