Shower water drain was an issue so the bathroom floor floods unless you use half the shower head pressure. Underground parking is literally a construction site. Excellent staff. But the problem is that you hear a lot from the next room. My first night for some reason at 3:30 in the morning they started to play music very loud. Lasted maybe 45 minutes. I’m a very sound sleeper and it woke me. "
