"A great hotel in an area outside of the main cities, but with an easy connect to said cities through Ikebukuro. There are many places to eat in Tokiwadai close to the hotel including a bento store, McDonald's, ramen, and a 7/11 and FamilyMart. There's even a supermarket! Be aware you will need to sort your own trash and that there is no daily cleaning service... but I'm sure we can all clean up after ourselves yeah?"

I especially liked how close to it was to different restaurants and Oji Station. "This property is alright, if you are on a short stay. If you are staying for 3 or more days, I do not suggest as this is an unmanned property. I only got to know after booking was confirmed! There was no indication when I was booking! This is not friendly at all. Additionally, there were many small flies from my 2nd day onwards. I tried messaging property but response was slow. Had to get my local contact call them before they reacted. On top of that, when housekeeping was sent, a sloppy job...
