The apartment had minor asethical damage & the unit lacks a dryer. However! The location & convenience cannot be overstated. Of the 3 places i stayed in tokyo over the 2 weeks. It was unequivocally the best. 5 minute walk to a station, quiet location which feels like you're in the heart of the city & much easier to navigate to & around then anywhere else I stayed. Loved it & missed it at every other hotel i stayed

We had a nice short stay at this hotel. Whilst the rooms could definitely be upgraded with some stains and holes in the wall, it was sufficient for what we needed in terms of size and location. Only real issues we had were working the air con system, the loud hoovering outside our door for a couple of hours and lack of luggage transfer.

The pictures on expedia didn't match the property I rented. The walls are stained, one room without doors, out dated furniture & stained, not enough dishes for 9 people. It was very central area, safe but is near a hospital so expect to hear ambulances. I’m sure with some paint and new furniture they can get 10 out 10. And they should post the proper pictures, so people don’t feel decieved.

Great location. Great customer service. Wish the room would be more updated (furniture, beddings, floors, etc). Towels were a bit dingy and could use an update too. Our windows faced the main road and it was loud. Tried to seal the windows shut but seemed like some were not working properly. Because of this, there wasn’t a tight seal and the condensation from outside made the windows wet with water. Other than that it’s such a great place for families and convenient to have 7-11 right across the street!

It was a great stay at Randor Suites. The bathroom has an automatic filling soaking tub and shower. The room was large and easily accommodated the three adults. The kitchen was small, but usable. The washing machine works, but need to hang dry the clothes. Overall, a good place to stay and for the reasonable price.

We stayed in a 8 people room, it's very large and reasonable price. But the washing machine is quite dirty, I can see the clean bag is black and full of dust. Also the pillowcase is also a bit smelly.... But consider the price, it's okay.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite the entirety of the stay. Late checkout of 11:00 was much appreciated and we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel until we left later in the evening, meaning we could do some last-minute shopping. The rooms were exactly as advertised with no hidden surprises and well maintained, excellent value. I definitely would stay here again if I ever come back to Tokyo in the future.

Great location! Easy walk to Michiya station with loads of dining and shopping options nearby. A few subway stops away from the heart of Tokyo, far enough to be quiet.Randor was spacious for our family of 5. It was clean. Staff were mostly non-existent but helpfulwhen needed.
