"Great location for bus and trains. Staff are excellent and we received a friendly response from Lisa when we checked in. She was informative and helpful. "Excellent value for money. The key benefits about the hotel is its location and the free breakfast which is very good. That said, the rooms are VERY small. The lighting in the room is inadequate, there is no closet or shelves for clothes and just 4 electrical outlets in the room very inconveniently places. "We had an amazing stay! Beautiful hotel location on the water! Not much to do for kids and we came as a family stay. The spa/pool is definitely on the spa side and less kid friendly. This is the perfect place to go for a romantic getaway! Love that so many walk around in robs to go to spa and relax. Wish we went for that so never ended up using the spa/pool. "This property suited our needs for an overnight stay. Parking was easy and convenient. They offered a breakfast buffet in the morning that was nice. The room was clean, as was the property. We never interacted with anyone, so if we had any questions, it might have been difficult. The area around the hotel seemed commercial, but we were just there for an overnight stay for nearby visit. "

"If you are with a family it's not the place to stay. The room is small with the tiniest toilet I have ever been in. I am not large built I found it extemely hard to sit on the wc. The reception closes at 9pm so if you are late and your cell phone is not working, you cannot enter into the building. Think twice a and Plan well if you want to book this place. "

"One of our rooms had no curtain (r 202?). One room had no hangers (r 201?). Shower head was strange and put out very little water but at the same time, very hard (r 201?). Doors were WAY to HEAVY. Pool was too cold. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good."
