"Liked the property, but we arrived late in evening to find three people waiting to check in, no one was at the front desk and the other people had been waiting for some time, it was another twenty minutes or more before someone showed, so by the time we got to our room it was almost an hour, midnight our time. No excuse."

The staff personally checked another option for me and unloaded a luggage cart so I could move to a room with TV. I really appreciated that, though that should not have been an issue. "Couldn’t get room service even one time to clean the room or anything Stayed there for 5 nights Asked and called and they never sent anybody or said they went home early and had no one so they had me stack garbage outside the room so gross and really a whole week and couldn’t send somebody Called staff multiple times were rude or unhelpful Wish I could give 0 stars if you want a basic room and almost 0 amenities than stay here Than had a scheduled maintenance for the air conditioning...

"the dog just wondering one of the elevators was completely shut down and you could not access the stairs at all because of construction going on over the entire first floor blocking access to the stairs. this led to very slow progress going up and down the elevator since we were on the 6th floor. I don't remember seeing anything about all the construction work going on but it also included closure of the gym which we had prepared to use. they were kind enough to give us a small refund for not...

"Hotel was close to my parents, convenient to the highway, clean, and had breakfast everyday. It has an indoor pool, we saw lots of families swimming. Pillows were rock hard, but that is a personal preference"

"We were greeted very nicely, they informed us breakfast was included. We were there for only 2 nights. The second day our room wasn't cleaned, we asked why and if we can get fresh towels, they told us it was only cleaned upon request and we had to go get towels to the front because at 8pm there was no cleaning staff or any service."

She informed us that there is a daily charge of $12.00 for parking. This is something that should be disclosed when booking. The Coffee in the Lobby area ran out and the on Saturday morning while the hotel was completely booked they ran out of plates, cutlery and food. We waited for 15 minutes and then had to go out of the hotel for food....

"The fake wood or vinyl floor tiles were coming throughout the room, creating a serious trip hazard. I have traveled around the globe and have never seen such a horrible sink….that does not drain, because it is FLAT! Totally FLAT! And the water stream that comes out of the sink faucet is less pressure than any water fountain I have ever taken a drink from, since it comes out in a fine trickle.
