"The bedsheets and mattress were wet and some moist smell was coming. One half of the bathroom sliding door was broken. The beds are very small for twin beds’ size. There was no proper process/queue for check-in. It was not managed properly and anyone was coming in between and was checking in. The hotel seems to be overcrowded. The beach was not accessible. "A bit late but we had a great stay. Highlight was Kumara the yoga teacher who adjusted the level as i was the only one that turned up. Guys around the resturant pool were good. And the office lady who helped me off site when she was walking hone and i had an issue."

I spent over 4–5 hours trying to contact both the hotel and Expedia live chat, which eventually froze with “Got it, let’s help with your request.” No solution was offered, and I was left stranded after a full day wasted.
