"There is no designated car parking, although there is a Council based car park behind the hotel, with a fee payable to the relevant authority.
Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of tasty morsels supplied.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bearded guy on the evening shift, he seemed to be check in, come chef, come waiter role, top marks to him.
The room was clean and stocked with tea/coffee, hot chocolate would have been nice too if supplied.

"It was an ok stay. Very basic and a bit tired looking but clean enough if you don’t inspect the stained mattress and marks on the walls. Plus points helpful staff and free parking and next to a service station with an express M&S, Macdonalds, Greggs etc.

"Bonne accueil et déjeuner diversifié. Chambre de bain fonctionnel mais vieille. Chambre mal isolé on peut très bien entendre les voisins (bruyants)"

"Easy check in/out.
Was quiet in the hotel which was good.
Room had a musky smell.
Found hairs in the bedding.
Breakfast was served by one of the M25 services stalls, which was ok, but would've preferred a buffet for more choice rather than just a full English."

"Booked for long weekend with family. Check in was at 3pm but had to wait 2.5 for rooms to be cleaned and got access to rooms at 5:30pm. No drinks from bar no compensation offered (complained and got it later), staff were very unhelpful. Delay completely ruined break. They offered a late checkout next day as compensation so we thought we would use the pool to find that children are not allowed in the pool until late afternoon to allow club members to use the pool, awesome. Hotel is nice and...

"The most peaceful break I've ever had.
Staff were all a delight - super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Grounds are beautiful, surrounding greenery extremely calming and possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in."
