10/10 Excellent

"The room was spacious, and the balcony had a really nice view. The breakfast was good, with a great selection of food. The arcade on the ground floor was very entertaining and exciting, and our family really enjoyed it. The car park is secure with plenty of spaces available. Just keep in mind that you need to pay for your parking at reception to receive the discounted rate. All the staff were helpful, polite, and very welcoming, especially when they gave our child a small bag of goodies, which was a lovely touch. This was our second stay at the hotel, and we would definitely come back again."

"Check-in process was difficult as reception closes at 6;30 pm. We were unaware of this and the instructions for accessing the property after that hour were not clearly indicated. We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day. The rooms are basic but clean. The single rooms are very small; the double rooms much more spacious, There is no air conditioning but the windows open. There is a shared kitchen, a games room and a living area available for guest. Breakfast was basic but fine. This place is good value."

"If you need to stay in town then this hotel is ok. We would not use this hotel again. In particular, 1 staff memember was very unhelpful. We asked 4 times for the air conditioning to be switched on. When you must go up and down 2 flights of stairs this is not amusing. The stairs are dangerous especially with bags. There is no lift. Rooms are small but clean and adequate. Bathroom very small and nowhere to put towels. Strange. Entrance to car park is difficult and you will be charged €13 overnight. This is unacceptable. We gave up trying to use the EV charger. Breakfast was cold buffet but quite nice. We stayed in 4 hotels during our stay in France, this is the only one we would not use again."

"Be sure to park in the large paid municipal lot on Grand Place first. If you drive to the motel entrance there is no where to park to unload and it’s almost impossible to turn around and navigate to the parking. They gave us only a partial roll of toilet paper and we ran out. Workers at neighboring building began construction noise right outside our window at 6:30 am. Room was ok."

"Convenient location. Mediocre breakfast. Mediocre staff. NO housekeeping (even NO trash emptying) for 3-night stay. Most disappointing...was not able to get a refund for a double-booking error... VERY inconsiderate!!! In short...paid TWICE for the same, mediocre 3-night booking! ...👎"

8/10 Good

"Clean and comfy room, good location just off the motorway. Parking free and plenty of spaces. Good value for money. Breakfast is a good price but very poor, bad coffee, stale bread, powdered eggs. Go to Mcdonalds next door or as we did a local boulangerie, there's one 5 mins away with amazing pastries."
