This was a perfect budget hotel as part of a longer business trip. The receptionist was really helpful and informative. The breakfast was limited - but this was a budget hotel, felt very safe leaving my vehicle in the car park. My only complaint was my room overlooked the main road - which was busy a kept me awake all night.

Our second time at this hotel. It’s our favourite place for an overnight stop in France! Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, quiet, decent size room with 4 beds, plenty of parking that feels safe. They claim on Expedia to have air conditioning. There was something that looked like a hotel air conditioner, but didn't work as one. I checked in just before ten p.m., checked out just after one a.m. The room was just too stuffy and warm. The folks at the front desk can't be blamed. I tried opening the window, but the curtain rod blocked it. Even so, my window was right above the road, and cars going by were noisy, even open only an inch or so. No phone in the room, either. I'm going to be disputing the charge on my card. I ended up checking into the Ibis Arras Center around 2 a.m. Absolutely recommend it. Beautiful place. AC actually worked. Wish I could have spent more time there. Pretty good breakfast.
