"Friendly and helpful staff Lovely venue and excellent spa and pool facilities"

"Nice fresh breakfast, made at the moment for you."

"Overall the place was well presented and very clean. I’d had a very long day travelling and didn’t arrive until after 9pm. There was a disco happening on arrival and it was extremely noisy - which was no problem. However, I had been placed on the first floor. I could hear the disco from downstairs and really struggled to switch off from being able to hear this noise. "This hotel looks great on the website but does not live up to expectations. It is extremely tired and dirty. My room was disappointing - dirty carpet, hair balls on the floor, mud and detritus and even nail clippings from a previous guest. It clearly had not been properly cleaned. The Roman blind was broken and held up by safety pins. The carpets were threadbare in places and in the morning I discovered carpet moths crawling under the desk. "Lovely comfortable room. Excellent shower. Excellent breakfast. I didn’t have time to enjoy the bar or drawing room but it looked lovely. It’s really well located in the centre of town - and Farnham is a lovely town to visit."

"I was pleased with the studio accommodation. All necessary amenities were easily accessible, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, particularly David. The location is convenient to the train station, grocery store, and local establishments."

"All the staff we met were lovely, helpful and so friendly. Tidy rooms and lovely place to eat"

"The property was advertised as being pet-friendly but on arrival they couldn’t accommodate our King Charles Cavalier so I had to travel home to Kent with my dog, leaving my daughter and partner at the hotel. I then had to travel back to the hotel early the next morning to collect my family."

"Good"

"A lovely old fashion hotel, great value for money."
