"Great location"

"Although the room Appeared clean. It has mold in the shower ,stains on the settee (I don’t even want to know) Dust everywhere Bed was very hard and the blackouts do not black out! The pool bar was closed. It opened the day we checked out! And we asked for a late check out and was declined. It wasn’t even busy! We will stay someplace else next trip to Biloxi"

"The check-in desk was slow. No directions or facility info which would have been useful since it was our first stay there. Facility layout was slightly complicated. Hot water was not hot for showers."

"The air didn't work in my room nor the telephone but for the most part the stay was great with the exception of me having to pay twice for this trip."

"Room was clean, modern looking bathroom, great shower heads. Room had no place to put clothing except a small closet in bathroom. Nightstands had small shelves but we basically had to live out of the suitcase. Beds were comfortable and we slept well"

"I was very satisfied with the the front desk clerk ( Nicole) She was very helpful when we experienced a problem with our small dog. She immediately got us a better location room with a minimum of disruption. She gets 10 stars!!! The room was very clean and the beds were almost as comfortable as my own. There was enough space to maneuver my wife’s sister’s mobility devise around the room. However, one problem I had was that there was not an in-room coffee maker ( to which I am accustomed to...

"The bathrooms and everything were so clean! Loved all of that! Just the pool was extremely funky. There were still people swimming in it, but I couldn’t make myself get in. Breakfast and everything was nice!"

"Best mini vacation ever. The suite was spacious and clean and verycute. The shower was amazing and hot water supply was none stop. We will be staying again."

"We checked in on Father's Day and I forgot the lady that worked the 3:00 to 11:00 p.m. shelf on Father's Day but she was so friendly. She went on her way to make sure everything was good with us. The room was very clean. We had a view of the beach. First time ever staying there. Will be staying there again soon"

"My pillow had mold in it and when I asked for a new one I was given attitude. The manager was nice the next morning. The restroom had hairs in it. The breakfast was gross. The orange juice was more like orange flavored water. The bathroom door was bar door style and kept getting stuck. It did not give much privacy. The night staff were overheard making fun of guests."

"Nothing unique about about the property. They have a nice swimming pool no hot tub. My only problem was the bed was very uncomfortable. Sheets were inside out. I had to call and ask for them to please send someone mop our floor. It was filthy. I also spoke to the maid and someone else with a name tag on and told them how dirty the door and the wall by toilet was. I rated it a 3 due to the bed and cleanliness was so bad.
