There are no handicap accessible rooms, and the toilets are undersized and hard to use if you have mobility issues. I could manage, but with some difficulty. "Awesome location! Cleanliness was seriously neglected. Hosts are elderly and this may be too much for them. No King size beds as advertised and no reception on TV's. The pool was full of leaves and railings were unstable as were railings on seps into cabin. The grounds need serious care and clean up, as did the porch and furniture.
