The spa is eceptional and I am always blessed they allow me to swim in the pool when I am able. The staff are always kind and caring and the food is excellent. "

Service at check-in was quite slow, with nobody around for the first 30 minutes after my arrival when I found myself all alone. Fortunately, there is a nice coffee shop on the property where I was able to wait until the hotel staff were available to check me in. Overall, this place is good value for money,...

"Very slow Wi-Fi system. During evening, I was about to sleep, but some lady from the restaurant knocked the door and forced me order dinner. This manner was very rude. I told her I did not order anything, but she still kept knocking the door. By the way, people in this hotel was very friendly and helpful."

"We had a spectacular time. In addition to a beautiful property the entire staff were exceptionally good and caring. The hotel has excellent food, great outdoor activities. Two areas to improve, the access road and the gym where the machines did not work well. Overall a wonderful stay."

"The room was very spacious. The staff was incredibly kind. Thimphu is small enough you can walk everywhere. If you do a hike or anything they’ll make you a “to go” box. My ONLY complaint is you can hear noises outside, but if you are a heavy sleeper it will be fine. Wonderful hotel."
