"This is a beautiful hotel, the restaurant faces the pool gardens and the volcano. The rooms have air conditioning and you can flush tissue down the toilet. It may seem odd that I mentioned this, but these amenties are not common in Guatamala. The hotel is a few blocks from the main plaza. Highly recommend!!"

"Overall, I had a good stay at Oceana All Inclusive. I really enjoyed the food, especially the buffet breakfast and dinner. The snack bar by the ocean was also a great addition. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort had a nice atmosphere. However, there were a few things that could be improved. Some areas of the resort were quite far from the pools and beach, which meant a lot of walking. I also had to ask more than once for assistance with my luggage before someone came to...

"Fantastic stay! It's about a 15-18 minute drive from the airport with little-to-no traffic, but the shuttle service was great. My flight was delayed by over an hour, pushing my pickup time to past 1 in the morning, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful in monitoring my flight information and sending someone to wait for me when I finally arrived. When I got to the hotel, they greeted me by name with professionalism and friendliness. Grateful for their attentiveness!"

"Para el standard de hoteles del lugar sin duda es bueno. Alberca, jacuzzi adecuados, excelente temperatura del agua de ambas. Habitación decorada al concepto del hotel. Lo que me sorprendió es que no hay aire acondicionado y eso si fue un problema. Excelente restaurante !! Y jardines impresionantes."
