"What a wonderful place to stay, the location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful stay over looking a large lake. Our room was great, comfy bed and had its own sitting room so plenty of space to relax. The staff were so friendly and I really felt nothing would have been too much to if we asked. We didn't book a table for the evening but they made sure one was free for us. We are already planning on going back."

Fair few friends of which owner let me upgrade my room for a good price early morning so me and friends could sleep as I ended up having 2/3 more people stay than expected Very understanding people and quick to help us out when it was needed Will be staying again and for that...

The room itself was very clean, warm and cosy. I really appreciated the call, from Paul, earlier in the day to say we could arrive early, it was snowing so we appreciated the warm cosy room. I was told the chef was unwell but having breakfast you would not know it. The hotel catered for all vegetarian, vegan and gluten free needs. A real gem...

"Short walk to the beach, quiet area but walkable to the main attractions of GT Yarmouth. Jean was lovely and friendly, breakfast was great and Room (1) was very spacious and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area."
