Rang the number given on the email and spoke to a very unhelpful man who said he couldn’t do anything for me unless I had an eight figure code which I had to get from Hotel.com. "After reading reviews, I was a little unsure whether to book. However, I only need accommodation for one evening. I called the morning I was due to travel and was advised that there was a refurbished room available and although I was booking online I could add a note to request. Our room was much better than I envisaged over looking the front with a sea view. Comfortable bed, two nice chairs in the room by the window which we liked. "Although we were unable to secure an accessibke room for my Mother, the staff were wonderful in accommodating us and were helpful and friendly. Great location, close to the beach an attractions. On street parking was a challenge but only because there are fireworks on Wednesdays during the summer."
