"Great hotel stay. Very comfortable and clean. Our bathroom could have used some tlc but it was clean so that’s what matters! Great spread for breakfast. Very happy with our stay."

"This Springhill suites was not up to our expectations based on our experiences with other Springhill suites in the past. The conditions were rundown, and the bathrooms were not clean. We had to use our own Clorox wipes to disinfect. We saw two cockroaches in one room. The pool was murky, and we were unable to swim in it. We do appreciate the working luggage transporter to move our luggage upstairs."

"Our room didn't even have a chair! Only place to sit was on the bed. Curtains did not block the outside light."

"La camera era nuova. e Pulita, ma siamo in piena zona desertica e arida... in camera sul lavabo ci siamo ritovati una blatta gigante! probabilmente risalita dal tubo. ammazzata ed eliminata, fatta scorrere acqua e tappato al meglio la porta d'ingresso la camer era veramente confortevole e nuova, unico bagno degno incontrato lungo i nostri quasi 5mila km!!!. stanno andando avanti bene e spero facciano sempre meglio. colazione non al buffet ma sicuramente passabile"

"The management with good the room was clean. I was having trouble with the Internet and the person that was working. The desk was kind enough to help me get the Internet working properly. Two things I didn’t really care for much about the physical location was a lot of truck noise when the road and the shower took forever for the hot water to reach the showerhead and there was no shampoo or conditioner supplied with the room"

"Terrible checkin. They have an automated kiosk. The people that you talk to digitally on the kiosk speak very poor english and are hard to understand. There is no one at the counter for check in or out. Have no ideas what you would do if you actually needed a person to help with anything. I never saw an emplyee at the property the whole time we were there. Breakfast was almost non existent. I do not recommend staying here"

"For a breakfast compared to other La Quintas Ive stayed at...wasn't all that but...it was free. I really didn't like the way the room was set up especially a tall mirror facing the bed. I was there for a celebration of life for a dear friend so the room worked. The bathroom was ok but on the cramped side for a La Quinta. The bed was super comfy and pillows were very nice. The updated outlets for charging phones and stuff were ok but half of them didn't work. For what I was there for it was fine."

"The place was lovely, but I would add a mattress topper to the master and second bedroom. The bed was a brick. Also, the second bathroom could use a deep clean. The couch was confortable, but also could use a deep clean. The ice machine didn't work, but there was a bag of ice in the freezer which was a nice touch.
