"A really beautiful hotel, very clean & wonderful amenities. The staff were very friendly. Great food in the restaurant & especially helpful was a laundry station right across from the hotel. Easy walking area to have access to all the shops & restaurants around the area. I would highly recommend a stay here this hotel chain is one I will return to & have special memories of."

"The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. One of the few right on the beach, with a cute bar on the patio, indoor restaurant overlooking La Concha. Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful! 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat"

"Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. A few minor downsides:
- we asked for a packed breakfast on the day we left because we were travelling early and it was the saddest most unappetizing thing I have ever seen
- the daily breakfast was okay but nothing special. The freshly squeezed orange juice machine was much appreciated though
- some of the staff are a bit slow (like the person making drinks) but overall very friendly"

"a) Everything is great.
b) Gym has hours from 8 am to 9 pm. Not convenient for everybody. I like to work out at 6 am and could not use the gym. Hotel unwilling to keep it open longer."

"I enjoyed our stay and its a very nice and clean hotel. One thing we did not like were the mattresses, really bad mattress and we have bad backs sleeping on them. Additionally i was surprised to see there is extra separate charge to use the spa facilities as one of the reasons i booked this hotel was the spa. It wasnt made clear on the booking this is the case and it is sad if this is something all hotels have started to do?"
