"The motel was pretty ran down. Definitely not worth the price. The beds were old and there were stains all over the curtains. Would not recommend this place."

"Basic, but clean, motel room. Comfortable bed. The mini-fridge and the microwave were a welcome surprise. Nothing fancy, but what we expected and needed."

"Clean room and friendly staff"

"I love staying in historic hotels."

"This property need a major update including HVAC, bedding, flooring, television, fixtures - top to bottom. The property is dirty from the floors to the walls. Most importantly the HVAC system does not function properly. The inside of the hotel is humid and hot in the lobby and in the rooms. Would not recommend staying here."

"The highlight for this place is the breakfast. It was really nice."

"Breakfast is good, especially for the price."

"The place was terrible, the pool was close, the rooms and the whole hotel have a bad smell and the breakfast is TERRIBLE DON’T STAY HERE"

"Staff was extremely helpful and understanding. People are at the front desk all night and breakfast is early! Just a simple breakfast, with no meat unfortunately. However there are waffles milk, bread, banana apples, and coffee."

"We stayed 1 night while traveling from CA to CO. The room was pretty good and the kitchenette that even had an icemaker was really great. The staff were super nice and helpful. We would stay again."

"I requestwd an ADA room. I got an old refurbbed room. The toilet was a small potty mushroom of low height. It was impossible to get from the rest of the room to the bathroom in my ADA compliant 48" X 24" wheelchair without having to rise out and do a i legged hop to the Bath. The little drugstore plastic shower chair was real scary. No weight or use instructions were on the chair. The continental breakfast was a joke. Still-nice people, but We won't book again. Way overpriced for what You get"

"If you want a fancy, new and “standard” hotel with all the bells and whistles, this isn’t for you. But if you like clean, friendly, funky, reasonably priced rooms in a good location, ( that truly qualifies as a “motel”), then this might be just right. The place is charming from the outside and a throwback to the 60’s interior décor (maybe actually from the 60’s). I’ve stayed in two different rooms and they were unique and quirky. This is my go-to motel now when I’m in Glenwood Springs"

"Little dated but otherwise perfect"
