"this is a brand new residence/hotel complex in Gangneung, located in Songjeong beach area. this is not so bustling beach so that if you prefer a quite time in seaside of Gangneung, this is the right place. we had one night in an ocean view family room on 12th floor. the room is very spacious and well equipped with two large double beds for us (3 persons). they provide a good coffee machine, coffee cups, and wine glasses, but all of them are prepared for only two people, which is kind of strange for a family room and we paid for three persons. the hotel/residence has its own reastaurant arcade in the complex so that you have multiple dining options in the perimeter. However, we didn't use it but chose to take a short ride to nearby area for dinner and breakfast. If you have a car, then it would give you wider and affordable dining options. Overall, very satisfactory stay, and we will come back to this place again in the future."

"The room was pretty much a no frills room. Had induction stove top but no pans, dishes or silverware. Had a washing machine but not hooked up. No bidet. The elevator was a mess. Five floors of parking and 21 floors of rooms. During busy times had to wait for several cars before actually getting on. There weren’t enough parking so the guests were parked on the ramps or where ever they found a spot. The TV was programmed to shut off and couldn’t cancel the auto shut off. It definitely was challenging stay."

"It was such a fun experience for the kids. They loved doing the search to find their treasure once we arrived in the room. The room was nice and big, was nice to have the kids separate. The water was hot in the shower but noticed some tiles that needed to be replaced as they were coming out of the wall. You do need to get in quick if you want to book a session for the activities provided by the resort. The restaurant food was pretty average, would've liked more variety. Legoland itself was very quiet, even for a hot day. Half the rides were open from 10-2pm, then they closed and the other half open from 2-5pm. As it was off peak season it felt like we had the whole park to ourselves, this was good for our daughter who didn't have to wait in line and could just hop on any ride straight away. It's such a good and fun experience for the kids."

"전체적으로 무척 만족합니다. 미리 예약을 하였고 성수기는 아니라서 가격도 좋았습니다. 체크인하기 위하여 일단 중앙 메인으로 가셔서 체크인하세요. 저희는 약간 헤맸습니다. 일단 객실은 와우 소리가 나게끔 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있었습니다. 메트리스도 적당했고 소파와 커피 테이블도 좋았습니다. 티비 큰 거 있었고요. 부엌에도 인덕션 4구가 있어서 조리할 수 있게 충분했고 식기류와 냄비 팬, 심지어 밥솥도 있어서 밥 해먹기에 편했습니다. 냉장고 큰 사이즈 있었습니다. 방은 화장실이 딸린 안방은 풀 사이즈 정도 침대 하나가 있고 다른 방은 이불과 요가 있었어요. 온도가 일정 아래로 내려가면 보일러 틀어준다고 했는데 저희는 두번째 날 바닥 따뜻하게 해 주었습니다. 첫 날 춥다고 하니 작은 난로 가져다 주셨고요. 참, 걷기 불편한 어른들 위해 휠체어 대여도 해 줍니다. 많이 걸어야 하는 것은 참고 하세요. 시설은 사우나, 실내/외 워터파크 아이들이 놀기 좋았고 스파 있었습니다. 사우나 나오면 카드로 계산 가능한 안마기계 있어서 어른들이 사용했습니다. 노래방, 오락실, 탁구대 있었고 식당은 저희는 bbq랑 부산 어묵 (간단히 요기 하는 주로 투고 입니다. ), 커피숍에 갔었고 한식당도 있었는데 제 기억에는 점심만 되는 것 같았어요. 마지막날 가려다가 비가 너무 오고 일행에 어린 아이들이 있어서 가진 못했지만 메뉴 괜찮아 보였어요. 커피숍은 바로 바다가 보여서 전망 너무 좋았고 빵도 맛있어서 매일 출근했습니다. ㅋㅋ 밤에 5층에 야외 가든 가보세요. 너무 예뻤어요. 사진 찍기에 좋은 장소입니다. 1층에 스티커 사진도 찍을 수 있었어요. 한 번 들러서 추억 만드세요. 스토어가 있어서 특산물 쇼핑 및 귀여운 문구류 많이 샀고 편의점 있어서 간단한 것들 다 살 수 있고 가격도 비싸지 않았어요. 다만 해변은 나가는 길을 막아놓은 걸로 기억합니다. 머무는 이틀 내내 비가 와서 산책은 못했고 해변에 못 나간 게 아쉬웠습니다. 군사지역인가 그래서 막아놓았다는 것 같기도 했습니다. 전체적으로 어른, 아이 다 며칠 쉬고 놀기에 좋았고 다음에도 또 가고 싶네요."
