However, the room itself was the worst room I have ever stayed in. The floor was so filthy that my children's feet were pitch black in a matter of minutes. the pillows and towels were both dirty, the bed sheets smelled musty, the fridge wasn't working, the bathroom was also filthy. there were stains everywhere- it was disgusting. I would never stay here...

"We booked the hotel through Wotif and went to the reception, but they kept asking whether we had made the payment. We sent the receipt along with the confirmation. However, we were given a room that was not clean—the TV didn’t work, and there was hair everywhere. About 30 minutes later, they came to our room again and asked us to send the receipt once more. We felt embarrassed, as if we hadn’t paid and were trying to stay for free. Not recommended at all. Please stay away."
