"The clerk was extremely helpful with securing our reservation!"

"love this hotel, great little place, big breakfast. clean and friendly"

"There was an odor in the hall during evening. The lotion dispenser in bathroom was nearly empty and wouldn’t dispense. The towel was natty with a hole; top sheet was worn thin. Nice hot water in bathroom sink and shower. extra pillows were great. Bed comfy. Really like the extra amenities of microwave & fridge in the room-although microwave made a terrible noise which did not affect its function. The breakfast was MUCH nicer than expected! Fellow who worked in the AM was SUPER Kind!"

"I would tell the guest, that any snacks must be gotten before you get here, I was ready for bed, thinking snack machines on premises, but clerk stated the gas station is close and that is why we don't have machines, I didn't see an ice machine either"

"The front clerk was nice and helpful. He walked me to our room. The hallway carpet was dirty and needs replaced. The room had a new faux wood panel floor that felt like it was installed over carpet. The AC worked but is very outdated. Lastly, the outside door was free to open from the outside. Anybody could walk into the hallway from outside. There was no lock even though a sign was on the door stating to use you room key to access."

"Clean room and helpful staff."

"for a 1 night stay, it was very clean and a welcoming place to stay the night."

"Staff was very nice and helpful The room was nice and quiet and close to stores and restaurants"

"I would like a refund, because we didn't stay here. We check in and immediately check out and asked for refund. I still haven't received the refund."

"We were totally blown away! The place was perfect with stunning views and great location to downtown Galax! "
