"It is a nice place, and a great experience staying in traditional beehives. However, there are a couple of flaws. First, it is set up only for drivers. I found my way here by public transport. If you want to do anything outside the park, you are on your own, and the staff will absolutely not help you in any way. Second, the Hotels.com site states very explicitly, in clear language, that high speed internet is complimentary. But they charge you for it. I argued with the staff about this, and they...

"Hotel war tel. nicht erreichbar, da Rezeption nicht besetzt. Kein Restaurant obwohl angegeben. WLAN funktioniert nicht. Empfangen wurden wir durch den Wachmann der uns dann wegen der kritischen Umgebung auch zum Essen holen begleitete. Zimmer war ok, Nr.8 war jedoch besonders laut, da bei jeder wasserentnahme im Haus eine extrem laute druckerhöhungspumpe startete.
Am nächsten morgen schien die Sonne wieder und das Auto war gewaschen ;-)."
