"Llevense de mi reseña , busque muchisimos tiktoks y lei todos los review que decian que este resort era buenisimo , pero la realidad es una completamente distinta!!!! , iniciando con que el asensor del edificio que nos toco solo funciono el primer dia cuando subimos nuestras maletas , el resto de la estancia estuvo dañado , la comida del buffet principal ERGO’s era malisima , solo se saco pude comer de ahi , un lomo de cerdo , unos pansitos con queso y un cerdo asado , luego? Todo super horrible , seguido de los restaurant de reserva para cenar , la primera noche fuimos a oregano ( el restaurante dominicano) SEÑORES QUE RESTAURANT MAS MALO! , desde el personal hasta la comida , pedimos chivo (que estaba bueno , pero a uno de nosotros solo le dieron hueso del chivo y cuando le dijeron al superior de eso , su respuesta fue “El chivo tiene huevo” ) sumemos una pechuga que pedimos rellena de platano maduro ( que de maduro no tenia nada el platano que tenia adentro y la pechuga estaba cruda).Lo unico bueno de la estadia fue el restaurante amicci , la comida super buena y el personal super amable , especialmente justino. Quiero destacar que tienen muchisimas areas de pago , como el cafe( alli solo son gratis algunos postres que son malisimos, ya si quieres cafe son $4US y asi va , las paletas son a $5 y $6 us). En la playa tienen una heladeria del hotel donde tambien te venden el helado a $4 la bola. Lo considere un hotel CON TODO SEMI INCLUIDO. En la hab de mi cuñado habian cucara"

"Not worth the money. An okay resort, but the rooms are very dated and in desperate need of TLC. Cracked bathroom tiles, no working ceiling light, the list goes on… Not a mosquito-free resort (regularly bitten even with mosquito repellent on). The food was okay, quite repetitive (especially the deserts). If you don’t eat early by the end of service the food is stone cold, no signs of food temperature being regularly checked (got food poisoning once or twice). Advertising 3 a la carte restaurants is somewhat untrue, with two alternating (Italian + seafood), and sometimes only 1 being open. Italian + seafood seem to serve 90% frozen food- very disappointing considering the sea-side location. I was served seafood pasta clearly out of a freezer bag and beef carpaccio mostly un-defrosted. Cocktails were often lukewarm, on occasion they were okay (with a bit of luck), some cocktails were heavily simplified. Most staff were very friendly, with a few noticeably exceptions. If the resort was managed better (better staff training etc.) and some capital was injected into the rooms the resort would have so much potential."
