"Everything about our stay was wonderful. We were made to feel right at home. Mark and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well cared for and the rooms are comfortable. The common areas are charming and spacious. The restaurant offers great food with generous portions and a nice offering of local and other wines. Mark provided great suggestions for things to do.

"Preis Leistung okay "

"Great breakfast & cleaned and very kind service mind. And it’s so close to Bahnhof, so it is very easy to find the hotel and catch up the train on time."

"This is an older but very nice classic Swiss mountain hotel with great mountain views. In October pretty much everything was closed, no restaurants and you’re up on a winding road so it’s not so easy to drive to Interlaken even though it’s only 4 miles. The food offerings at the hotel were meager for dinner although the breakfast was very good. Room was fine with a balcony ."

"We loved everything about our stay here. We stayed 3 nights. The beds were so comfortable, the property was very well manicured and clean. We also tried other restaurants but decided “THE DECK” was the best. We had lunch and dinner there. Everyone is so helpful and nice. Dinner service was kind of sporadic and not the most professional but still a good experience."

"Good"

"This hotel is located uphill and more than15 min walk from train station. We have to pull our luggages on uneven road. Registration counter is located at different hotel, this was not clearly mention in Hotels.com and Staff is not helpful working like a robot. One good thing is the appartment room just provide you the kitchen and a big room for 2 people."
