"The room was not in good condition. Water on floor, light switches, outlets not working, air conditioner made noise, dishwasher hummed all night. When water on floor was reported was told no maintenance available. Desk attendant came up with towels and left one by the refrigerator. When checking out and sharing experience was asked why we did not report issue. You told me there was no maintenance. Insinuated was my fault for not reporting. Basically this hotel looks nice but service and...

"One of my favorite places I’ve stayed while on a business trip. So many things in such a short distance."

"Property was clean just a little wear and tear in some places. Bartender 2, rude. Never said what time they were closing she just snatched our drinks. Bartender 2 also rude. As soon as I sat down she said she couldn't take anymore customers. #2 Bartender got some help what was the problem. Bartender 2 came by to apologize and said sorry you are feeling some kind of way but I was busy. Not happy it seemed racist."

"The staff was very helpful"

"Good quality room, good price"

"They double booked me. Cancelled me, blamed Expedia and I was basically homeless for a few hours looking for a new room to stay in"

"All of the staff were super nice and helpful:)"

"Staff was excellent!!!!! My room had a funny smell. Not for sure what it was. Hotel need major updates."

"Very clean. Unfortunately we had 2 fire alarms. One at 6:30 pm and one at 6 am the next morning."

"This hotel included all the primary amenities: free parking, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, indoor fitness center and pool, and the convenience to I-95 and U.S. 64 and easy access to restaurants, stores, and a close hospital. The hotel staff had great customer service and provided solid recommendations for things in the area. However, there were a few strange orders in the common areas and in the hotel room itself. Other than that, a very quiet and comfortable stay."

"The entire hotel smelled like smoke. They assigned my room to another customer and the had keys to my room and came in while I was resting. The bedding was old and ready. The room had a unpleasant smell. The keys to the room kept deactivating. The floors in the lobby & elevator was constantly wet. My experience was horrible"
